Hurricane Melissa
Hurricane Melissa was the most powerful storm to hit Jamaica in modern History
We need your help
Update 11/7/25: Cell and internet remains down in Falmouth. We have received word that our dormitory was heavily damaged by falling trees.
The Clinic appears to have mostly survived, but we are awaiting word on status of equipment and medications.

Update: 10/30 We are pleased to report that the clinic volunteers that help our outreach have survived Hurricane Melissa, but the entire city is without water, electricity and cell coverage. Seventy percent of all Jamaicans are without electricity. Roads into the rural towns are washed out. The Montego Bay airport was heavily damaged and is only open to relief flights.
